Before & After - Using Nik Software

Just to show you how well I was able to save this photo with Nik Software, I used Color Efex Pro 3.0 (Tonal Contrast, Darken/Lighten Center) and with Sharpener Pro 3.0, I was able to bring out the contrast and sharpen the image. This image went on to get 2nd place at BetterPhoto and was admitted into the San Diego Fair Photography competition.
